Wealth and Wellbeing Networking morning

Where: Bloom Longevity Labs
Date: November 12, 2026
Starts: 11:00 am

When we talk about investing for the future, our minds often turn to pensions, savings and financial planning.

But there’s another investment that deserves just as much attention: our health.

After all, having a strong financial plan is only part of preparing for the future. Looking after our physical and emotional wellbeing can help put us in a better position to enjoy the life we’re planning for.

That’s the thinking behind our next Wealth and Wellbeing networking event, taking place on Thursday 12 November 2026 at the new Bloom Longevity Labs clinic at Bramley Grange.

Just as financial planning encourages us to think ahead rather than wait until something happens, taking a preventative approach to our health can help us make informed choices earlier.

What to expect

We’ll begin with an introduction to tapping, a simple wellbeing technique used to support relaxation and stress management.

We’ll then hear from Dr Lubna Khan-Salim, one of the founders of Bloom Longevity Labs, who will explore the five key pillars of health and why taking a more proactive approach to our wellbeing can become increasingly important as we get older. Dr Khan-Salim is a director of Bloom Longevity Labs, whose work focuses on health, wellbeing and longevity.

Alan Lazenby, Managing Director of Lazenby’s Financial Services, will also share his key financial takeaways for 2026 and some of the important areas to consider when planning for the years ahead.

Health, wealth and planning ahead

Financial wellbeing isn’t simply about reaching a particular figure in your pension or having a certain amount in the bank.

It’s about knowing where you are now, where you would like to be in the future and whether the plans you have in place are helping you get there.

That could mean reviewing your pensions, reconsidering your investments, planning for retirement or simply checking that your finances still support the life you want to lead.

Our Health & Wealth event brings those conversations together, with practical ideas around both financial and personal wellbeing, as well as the opportunity to meet and connect with other local professionals.
